My cat has a bloody pellet-like lump near her anus. What is it?

Pet's info: Cat | Manx | Female | spayed | 3 years and 11 months old | 5 lbs

I have a female cat, Emma and she has what looks like a small pellet halfway out of her anus whenever we clean it off afterwards there's a tiny bit of blood. What's this??

She may have an infected anal sac or a little growth. You should have this examined by a veterinarian. If it is an impacted anal sac, it can easily be emptied. If it is a growth, it may have to be removed.
