If the blood was only in the feces, this could be compatible with a colitis, which is an inflammation of the last part of the colon, usually related to dietary indiscretion. The bleeding is definitely not normal. I think you should take her to a vet tomorrow for sure. If she starts to act sick at all tonight - not eating, very lethargic, pushing like she is trying to give birth but nothing is coming out, etc then she needs to see a vet tonight.

Please take her to your nearest vet if labour does not progress within the next hour. What she has passed may be a deformed kitten but now that she has started the rest of the litter must follow or she is at severe risk of infection

Blood is not normally seen in the birthing process and usually indicates that there is a complication. While it's possible that she only has one kitten, it's also possible that she has more inside. When pregnant, cats do not go into heat. Scarlett is either in heat and isn't pregnant, or is pregnant. It's concerning that she is pooping a little bit of blood, this could be from a GI illness, a foreign body, a sudden change in diet, or eating something rotten. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps her if it's only a little bit of blood. Feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, there is still blood in the poop, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away. Poor Cinnamon. Unfortunately without seeing her in person, it is impossible to say for sure what could be the cause for the blood. It could be a urinary tract infection, a uterine infection, colitis (blood from anus), or even a miscarriage. I have see straight blood come from all of these conditions. I would strongly recommend have your vet take a look at her to try and figure out what could be causing the blood. Your vet may be able to determine whether or not she is pregnant and also determine the cause of the blood and get her started on the proper (and safe) meds to help her feel better. If she is having a miscarriage and the fetuses die but she doesn't expel of them, this could cause her to become really sick if left untreated.
