My cat ate a Vitamin D capsule. Is this an emergency for her health?

She needs to be seen by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER immediately. Either can induce vomiting via injection to get the pills up and out. Activated charcoal may be given afterwards to further decrease absorption. This is most successful if done within 2 hours of ingestion. Given current events, you may need to drop her off then wait for your veterinarian to call you to discuss exam findings, treatment options and follow up plans.

The dose of D3 ingested, 0.0125mg, will likely not pose a risk of serious toxicity. The dose of calcium is within published therapeutic ranges and should not cause a toxicity either. You can monitor for lethargy, increased thirst or urination and GI upset at home. Symptoms typically occur between 12 and 36 hours after ingestion. See your veterinarian if necessary.

I would recommend making the dog vomit. You can try hydrogen peroxide at home or take him to a vet for them to induce vomiting. Usually dogs will vomit if they ingested the pills in the last hour or two. Fultium is a vit D supplement. My concerns is that it might decrease the Calcium released by the body and interfere with the hyperparathyroid gland. If you cannot get her to vomit I would recommend taking her to a vet. It is very important to monitor her for eating,drinking, defecating and seizure activity. IF at any time she is acting abnormal or not herself I would highly recommend taking her to a vet.

I do not see anything in those ingredients that would cause a problem in cats. The upper ingredients are mostly water soluble vitamins which would not cause any problem in a cat for the most part. (Very high levels of vitamin C can cause diarrhea, but that is not a high enough dose in 1 capsule.) The lower ingredients are 2 glandular supplements and licorice (which is not toxic to cats and is actually used in Chinese herbal formulas for cats). The intoxication depends on the dosage ingested. By the sound of it, if they ingested them they would have shown signs by now especially regarding the Venlafaxine. No home remedies are available unfortunately.
