My dog ate Vitamin D capsules. Should I be worried about toxicity?

The amount of Vitamin D ingested will likely not put a dog of her weight at risk of serious toxicity. Make sure the gummies do not contain xylitol. That would be more dangerous than the Vitamin D. If they contain xylitol,seek veterinary attention immediately. Xylitol is toxic to dogs. It may cause a dangerous drop in blood sugar levels. If the gummies do not have xylitol, the worst you may see is some minor stomach upset.

Since she only ate 1 pill, I would not be worried about toxicity. The doses in the vitamins for each of the components should not be harmful.
