My cat ate something and is not moving. Should I take her to the vet?

Oh dear, poor Meow! Since she is not moving, eating or drinking, my main concern is that she has experienced significant trauma in her travels, either from a long fall or being hit by a car. These traumatic events can cause major head trauma, rib fractures, or internal injuries that can be quite severe and painful. I would get her seen by an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible as she could have ingested a toxin and / or she could be in shock. The sooner she is seen the bettter. She may also be extremely dehydrated, which has led to her being in shock. If she is in shock, this needs to be addressed immediately. I hope Joker gets better! I would advise that you take Chad to the veterinarian as soon as possible. The clinical signs you are describing are very serious. He could have an obstructed urinary tract or a diabetic emergency.
