My cat isn't eating, struggling to move, and vomiting. Is it poisoned?

It's really difficult to know for sure without being able to examine her. Given that she hasn't eaten for two days and is lethargic and vomiting, I have to recommend that she be seen by a vet as soon as possible. This could indicate a severe disease, or toxin ingestion. In both cases, her condition can diminish rapidly if not treated soon enough. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Prince! From your pictures his eyes are a bit more dilated than normal. I am worried about your description of his symptoms. Has he been urinating? How old is he? It is possible that the old treats have caused an upset stop but it is probably a bit unlikely. I highly recommend having him seen today when your Vet opens, especially if you haven't seen him urinate since he started getting sick. Not being able to urinate for male cats is an emergency. Other possibilities are: viral or bacterial infection, toxin ingestion or he ate something causing a blockage. If he is old I would worry about kidney or liver disease and cancer. Vomiting and inappetence are concerning symptoms as they could occur with things like a gastrointestinal obstruction, pancreatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, dietary indiscretion, among many other possibilities. It is very hard to say what is the problem, as the symptoms she is showing are specific to one particular disease. I could be due to intoxication, kidney or liver disease, heart failure and many more. Extreme weakness, low body temperature and problem with the balance all suggest potentially a life-threatening problem, so please call your nearest vets right away

I would get her seen by an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible as she could have ingested a toxin and / or she could be in shock. The sooner she is seen the bettter. She may also be extremely dehydrated, which has led to her being in shock. If she is in shock, this needs to be addressed immediately. I hope Joker gets better!
