It is very important to take Moca to your local vet as soon as possible. She may be suffering from internal bleed (Dicynone is not very effective to prevent bleeding), lung trauma or fractured leg. Please, do not give her anything to eat (as your local vet may have to give her general anaesthesia for x-rays or a scan) and take her to your veterinarian as soon as your parents get back home.

If Sisi is reluctant to eat after a trauma such as her fall, it would be best to have her examined by a vet. Even if she had no obvious external injuries she could have sustained internal injury in the fall, which may not be immediately apparent but can cause symptoms in the hours (up to a couple days) after the injury.

Take your kitten to a veterinarian as soon as posdible in the event of trauma like this. Many things can happen including broken bones, damage to the lungs, lacerated organs, etc. Many times they fall on their faces and have facial or jaw fractures. A full exam will be performed and xrays will likely be recommended. Hopefully your kitten is okay and some pain medication can be prescribed. Falls can often cause internal injuries, broken jaws/ribs or broken teeth. All of which can be painful and potential fatal if there was any organ damage. Meu also needs to be checked and treated for parasites. Cats that have not been spayed are also at risk of pyometra or a life threatening uterine infection. It is impossible to know what is causing her signs of illness without an exam and possible diagnostic testing. I hope Meu is feeling better soon.

Inappetence is a quite generic but concerning sign. Differentials are many, but usually gastrointestinal lesions and pain/discomfort could be fairly common in traumatic cases. The approach must be logic, starting from offering different kind of food. A check up is needed if inappetence last for more than 24hours (In my view 48 hours of starvation is too long).
