My cat ate human medicine days ago. Should I worry if no symptoms?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 lbs

I think my cat might have ate my medicine last Wednesday but it's now Sunday would I have seen a difference in him. He hasnt thrown up He is pooping and peeing I think he might have not sure though. I cant remember if I took them. Lisinopril Phentermine Lamotrigine Pioglitazone

If he ingested it last Wednesday is not showing any symptoms I would not be worried.

Lisinopril can be given to cats. Of course I don't know what dose he ate but you would have seen side effects by now if it was going to be a problem.

Pioglitazone is not used widely in cats but there is a study that shows it can be given to cats and was effective to increase insulin sensitivity. They didn't show any side effects at the dose given. Whether he ate your dose and it was a toxic level, I don't know.

Phentermine and Lamotrigine would be toxic to a cat - you would have seen symptoms by now.

Cats rarely will eat any medications on their own. I would definitely find it hard to believe a cat would eat 4 medications. So, I doubt he ingested them. Just be careful to keep them out of his reach as some of them could be deadly.
