My cat ate fish bones or guts. Are they dangerous for her health?

Ginger should be fine. As long as there weren't a lot of bones ingested he should be fine. Keep an eye out for vomiting and lethargy. If you notice this, please take him to be examined by a veterinarian for further evaluation.

His gums don't look tremendously pale, but the lethargy and discomfort you describe is concerning, and yes, I would take him in. It's hard to say whether the bones could have caused a complete GI blockage, but if he's not defecating at all (or urinating???) then that is a potential concern. Even a serious case of gastroenteritis secondary to eating fish and bones is extremely uncomfortable, and warrants treatment. I would take him in ASAP.

Yes, as long as the cat food you're feeding contains and AAFCO statement it should be fine to feed those flavors. Feeding a fish based commercial diet that is nutritionally complete is just fine as long as Cinderella is not allergic to the fish in the food you are giving. Cats that are fed raw fish frequently is more of the concern as they can develop serious nutritional deficits and vitamin deficiencies such as Thiamine deficiency which can be deadly. It is for this reason feeding raw fish primarily to cats is not recommended. However, feeding a small amount of tuna from a can occasionally as a treat is okay and will not cause a vitamin deficiency as long as they are also eating a commercially prepared food. No need to change the food Cinderella is enjoying now. From what you described, it sounds like she has tried a few foods that may have been giving her runny stools so if she is doing well on this particular food from Taste of the Wild, then I would keep her on that. Hello, unless he chokes on these bones he is not going to die immediately. Fortunately, chicken bones are digested readily due to their hollow make up. However, there is a chance that they may become entrapped in the small intestines and may cause damage to these. Over the next day monitor her for any vomiting, belly pain, or diarrhea.
