Being ill can have multiple causes such as infections (bacterial, fungal), metabolic disorders (liver, kidney), heart problems, nutritional deficiencies and more. Maintaining proper husbandry (i.e. environmental temperature) is important for sick birds, to conserve their own energy to fight illness. Veterinarians attempt to place ill birds in incubators fo 80-85 degrees, 24/7. Attempt to syringe water, as dehydrate is a more immediate concern than starvation. Good luck.

The signs you are describing are too general to make a diagnosis on, but vomiting could (among other causes) result from poisoning (e.g. by heavy metals), infections of the digestive system, obstraction of the digestive system and many other conditions. All of which require urgent veterinary care.

Unfortunately, not eating and being listless are very vague symptoms of illness. Anything from being overheated, to having internal parasites, GI upset, underlying illness, etc can be a potential cause. If they have not eaten anything in several days, it is best to seek veterinary care immediately as by the time birds show symptoms of illness they are usually pretty sick. Until you can get to the vet, separating them into warm hospital cages that are kept in a quiet, dark area with easy access to food and water may help, however seeking veterinary care is needed.

Unfortunately, loss of appetite and lethargy are both very vague, general signs of illness. Issues such as infections, parasites, illness, nutritional issues, etc can all be potential causes. It would be best to keep Kiwi in a warm hospital cage with easy access to food and water to help him remain comfortable, and to schedule a vet visit in person if his symptoms continue so that the causes can be narrowed down and treated.
