There are other infectious diseases that might be possible also, transmitted from parents or other chicks (polyoma virus, Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease). A veterinary visit should be scheduled soon, as early recognition might improve outcome. Keeping Marco in a cage when not 100% supervised is highly recommended. At the present providing additional heat support might help a little. Most avian veterinarians try to place ill birds in heated incubators at 80-85 F. Good luck.

You need to find a veterinarian with avian experience, try the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV.org) as they have a find-a-vet area. They probably did not die from getting cold, but probably didn't help. They need to be seen ASAP and given systemic antibiotics and dosed appropriately. If not eating, need to be syringe fed as young birds have no energy reserves. See a veterinarian ASAP. Good luck.

Maintaining proper husbandry (i.e. environmental temperature) is important for sick birds, to conserve their own energy to fight illness. Veterinarians attempt to place ill birds in incubators fo 80-85 degrees, 24/7. Attempt to syringe water, as dehydrate is a more immediate concern than starvation. Good luck.
