My African Grey has puffed feathers, won't eat or talk. Is she sick?

My African Grey does not eat her food or drink water. And dont talk. Her feathers are puffed. What can I do

Thanks for reaching out about Febe. It sounds as if she is fairly ill and in need of a veterinary visit to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some aid. Remove perches and give a soft towel on which to rest. Try offering water and a liquid food through a syringe for calories and hydrate. Being ill can have multiple causes such as infections (bacterial, fungal), metabolic disorders (liver, kidney), heart problems, nutritional deficiencies and more. See a veterinarian as soon as possible.
