You can keep your male and female rabbits completely separate, this will prevent them from breeding with each other but your male rabbit can still show aggression due to hormonal influences. The only safe way to keep your rabbit from breeding is to have him neutered or her spayed. You will need to make an appointment with the vet to have that done. I'd call your vet to discuss it.
