Is the rabbit myxomatosis vaccine worth it if there's no cure?

Hello. What's the point of giving the myxomatosis vaccine, if they can still get it and there is no cure? Thank you

While the vaccine isn't 100% effective, the few vaccinated rabbits who do get myxomatosis will develop a milder form of the disease and have a greater chance of recovery. I would recommend getting this vaccine for Scruffy, as myxomatosis is a horrendous disease and it's best to try to prevent it as much as possible.
