My rabbit has a lump on her front paw. Is it serious? What to do?

It does sound as if Donut’s foot may be bothering her. She may have a torn or injured toenail or could have gotten her paw stuck in the sides of her cage. I would recommend examining her foot and seeing if you can see anything abnormal. If you can’t and she is still acting painful for more than a day or so then I would recommend having her checked out by your veterinarian. The most common reason for a young rabbit to be limping would be generalized musculoskeletal pain from something traumatic. Certainly as you said nail length can contribute or a wound on the affected limb. However, if you have eliminated these as possibilities, I would say that the next logical assumption is there is a bony or soft tissue injury affecting your bunny. She would probably benefit from a physical exam to see if an area can be isolated, and possibly if warranted, some x-rays could be obtained. Anti-inflammatory and pain medications are also available for rabbits and might provide some significant relief. In the mean time until you can get him in, I would just try to limit his mobility and confine him to a smaller area. Hope this is helpful.

Poor Shu! I can see that the growth is relatively large and inflamed. It also appears to have a bit of dead tissue in the center. This is likely to be fairly painful, so Shu should be seen by a vet to receive pain medication and a thorough cleaning of the area which may require mild sedation. There are certain viruses that predispose rabbits to developing masses, and while there is no cure for the virus itself, the mass can be removed to improve quality of life. If you have any other rabbits, I recommend separating them from Shu as the virus can be contagious. I hope this helps and that all is well!

If she is holding the foot in the air and not using it, it's probably a serious injury, either a fracture or a dislocation. you need to take her to the vet ASAP, they will need to check her and will probably recommend doing an xray to evaluate the severity of the injury.

This lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take him to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
