Why is my rabbit constantly drinking water but acting normal?

If Willy is drinking and yribating a lot I would be suspicious that there could be an issue in his urinary tract. For example an early kidney issue won't necessarily show up on bloods, or there could be an issue in the bladder itself such as infection, which is quite common. I would suggest trying to get a urine sample for your vet to test. If he is litter trained you can get special needs to help obtain a sample, or you could leave him on a non absorbent surface until he urinates. I wouldn't worry so much about the food as they should eat a fair bit of hay In a day.

You rabbit might be suffering from gut stasis, a common condition in rabbits of all ages, you will need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated, if it is only a mild stasis, medical treatment should be successful.

Yes, all of this sounds normal. The hay is the most important part of a rabbit's diet and I am glad to here he drinks a lot of water. You can give him some vegetables/fruits if you'd like to . With this abrupt change in behavior I would be concerned that something is going on with Binky, like the early signs of an illness. Since he is still eating and drinking there is not much that can be done at this time. Ensure that Binky is still making stool. Also, watch him and his food intake very closely. However, some bunnies may not tolerate large quantities of spinach as it is high in calcium and can sometimes cause formation of crystals in the bladder. This may cause increased urination. Increased urination may also be a sign of a bacterial infection in the bladder. If your bunnies seem to be lethargic or eating less or pooping less, I would get them checked out at the vet. They would recommend checking out a urine sample for crystals or bacteria. In the meantime, you can try cutting out the spinach at least temporarily, and ensure they get plenty of fresh water. You can also try soaking some of their veggies in water to increase their water intake. This will help to flush out any crystals in the bladder, if any. If this is a new symptom and she doesn't normally do this then I would be concerned about a dental problem. They can have problems with their teeth and can even have trouble eating. Monitor her closely to ensure she is able to eat and drink. If so, then contact your vet Monday for an dental exam to ensure all of her teeth look okay.

If the rabbit is eating and drinking and everything else is normal I would not be worried. It is very normal for them to have gut sounds. Rabbits should be eating hay (like for horses) as the main part of the diet so if you are not doing that, you need to start. That keeps their GI tract healthy and their teeth.
