My male rabbit's anus is bleeding after a fight. What should I do?

Even though a picture would help to understand better the underlying cause, This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). Without a picture, my only recommendation for anything that is actively bleeding is to seek out a veterinarian right away. This is particularly true for small mammals such as rabbits as they do not have much blood to begin with. If it is possible that Chocolate could have been bitten by something on the penis, this can definitely become problematic. Often wounds to the penis can result in an inability to urinate, which is obviously an emergency. It isn't normal at all and is probably a sign of a severe gastrointestinal infection, unless you are mistaking and it's actually coming from the urinary tract, in that case it could be a urinary infection. either way it needs to be treated urgently, you need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.

I would look them over carefully for any signs of injury and bleeding in case they were fighting. If you can't find anything significant, make sure that neither one is urinating blood as bladder stones are common in rabbits and this is the most common sign of this problem. Be careful with topical antibiotics as several can cause serious intestinal problems when ingested. Wound should be sutured by a veterinarian, pain medications and antibiotics administered. Males need to be separates as they will fight for territory and often bite the scrotal area. Good luck.
