My syrian hamster been sleeping all day. And havent been eating the way she does before. And i notice that she is drooling part of her mouth and neck are wet. Ive been giving her honey and milk and vitamins from the vet. Ive called the vet they said it was teeth problem and i need to trim it. But the vet is curently not here. Teeth problems are common in hamsters. It is always best to have the vet trim the teeth but many people do it themselves. You can consult with some YouTube videos that can show you how to do it if you are comfortable trying. If you are not wanting to do it yourself then just keep treating her as the vet recommended and then get her there for a trim when the vet returns. You could also consider getting her seen by another vet.
