My guinea pig ate a plastic tube from a syringe. Is it dangerous?

Oh my goodness! I really don't think a guinea pig would swallow a needle but I guess stranger things have happened! I would be concerned if you are fairly convinced he ate it. It would be easy to see if he did with a simple x-ray that your vet can do. I recommend you have that done as it will ease your worries. I would not be too concerned if Sunny seems otherwise OK. The cupcake liner is thin and non-toxic, so it should be able to pass through the gastrointestinal without problems. It should pass within the next week, so you can monitor the fecal pellets to be sure that it passed.
