What are these eggs I found in my garage? Are they snake eggs?

Without an image, it is difficult to determine. It may indeed be an introduced species. Another possibility would be a slow worm , or legless lizard which are common in the UK. If you still have it, submit it to a veterinarian experienced in treating reptiles or to a zoo for identification.

If you can see the pupils clearly and safely, then you can determine if it is a danger. Most non-venomous snakes have round pupils. Venomous snakes have slits (think of the dragon, Smaug, from The Hobbit movies). If you are unsure, keep your distance and contact Animal Control. The image is blurry and dark, which makes identification difficult.

Just because not venomous, does not mean it wont' bite and they still have saliva that can cause some reactions in humans. In rare cases, a snake may lay eggs without mating. The eggs are not fertilized as there is no male present. The egg won't hatch. This is fine and no cause for concern. If she has never been housed with a male, the eggs are infertile and can be discarded. As an aside, you can sex a corn snake by gently restraining it and turning it over. Locate the vent and with your thumb, apply gently pressure just below it. If it is a male, this action will make the hemipenes pop out.

If he's wild I would contact a local wildlife rescue, rehab or vet in your area to see if they can take him in for care. Until then, be careful when handling him and keep him as calm and quiet as possible.

Those are a pair of yellow belly sliders. They are common throughout your state. Returning them to the spot you found them or to the nearest body of water would be recommended as well.
