Puppies sleep a lot as they have a lot of growing to do and they get activity bursts which are exhausting. So it is not unusual for a puppy to sleep a lot and as long as it is bright and happy and playful when it is awake, all is well.
Twitching while asleep is also normal, as dogs do dream and that often shows by twitching, even barking or squealing while a sleep.

Hello, and thank you for your question! Yes it is perfectly normal for puppies to twitch in their sleep. I like to think they are in a deep sleep and dreaming about chasing squirrels or something equally fun. :-)

I hope this helps, and that jasper is happy and healthy!
