That is hard to predict and the best thing is to observe the dog now to evaluate her personality. If she shows any signs of aggression or dominance than it may be a problem. If you don't notice any concerning behavior now than aggression may never be an issue, especially if the dog is properly socialized. If they decide to get the dog than enrolling her in obedience class would be a good idea to make sure she is properly socialized and obedient.

I'm afraid it's hard to say why Prince might be acting aggressive without more information - aggression in dogs can have many different causes. He's pretty old to start working on that, so keep your expectations low, but you can start by having him around other dogs in very low key settings. Start really far away, give him lots of treats, and leave if he seems at all uncomfortable. It may be a little bit of both. I believe that a lot of aggressive behaviors can be prevented by the way the puppies are raised, but there are possibly heritable traits that could be passed along with breeding. I would avoid breeding aggressive dogs.

That is definitely not a good. You could contact a trainer in your area and have him/her work with your dog to try to change this unwanted behavior. Your vet could definitely try some Prozac or Trazodone and see if it helps but he probably will need behavior modification training, as well.

Gradual desensitization, correction of negative behaviors and patience are required. Slowly introduce him to one pup at a time. Correct any aggression immediately and praise/reward good behaviors. As he acclimates to one pup, introduce him to another (slowly) then another and another. Be consistent in training and corrections. A pheromone product, such as the Adaptil collar, may decrease and anxiety or aggression. A structured puppy socialization class may also be of benefit. Before resorting to medication, try getting him into an obedience class. This will teach him to look to you for guidance and see you as the leader instead of the other way around. Neutering can help also, but he may be a high energy dog that needs lots of physical activity and mental stimulation to be better behaved. He is young so this is the perfect time to teach him what correct behavior is. Take him for lots of walks, go for runs, play fetch, arrange playdates with other dogs so he can roughhouse, teach him tricks, anything and everything to tire his body and give his mind something to do besides think of ways to get into trouble. A tired dog is a happy dog. It may be a stage that he needs to outgrow and lots of activity will help. If all this doesn't help or not enough, ask your veterinarian what they recommend.
