Are Bull Terrier puppies aggressive due to genetics or upbringing?

Every dog has the capacity to be aggressive, even breeds considered more gentle such as a Golden Retriever. I personally think it's more the owners that lead the dog to have terrible behavior, typically from a lack of training and obedience. Staffordshire Bull Terriers are not for novice dog owners, they required experienced dog owners who are firm and consistent. It could honestly be a lack of socialization to other animals from a young age. Puppies should start to be socialized young and if they are aggressive, should be put into training with a professional behavioral expert. It could also be related to hormones, as I see Destiny isn't spayed.

That is hard to predict and the best thing is to observe the dog now to evaluate her personality. If she shows any signs of aggression or dominance than it may be a problem. If you don't notice any concerning behavior now than aggression may never be an issue, especially if the dog is properly socialized. If they decide to get the dog than enrolling her in obedience class would be a good idea to make sure she is properly socialized and obedient.

Raw meat will not make Capone aggressive. Make sure to get him neutered at 6 months old and make sure he is well exercised and socialized early.
