Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 20 lbs
Took in a stray, looks mostly dashshund. Dog will not go to the bathroom. Have had him for about 3 days. Has not peed or pooped in our yard, or in the house. Has been very mopey. Has eat a little and drank a little (not near normal for a dog his size. Took to the Vet, and got a clean bill of health. Any suggestions? What could be happening?

Interactive games such as fetch and hide and go seek
Interactive toys or chews during times while you are away
White noise
As much love and attention as Rusty will tolerate will all help him feel more welcome and settled. If Rusty still will not eat, will not pass any feces or urine or seems down, depressed or in pain, I would take him back to the veterinarian.
I wish you both best of luck in sharing your home and your lives.
