A swollen scrotum is usually a sign of either a testicular infection or inflammation or a testicular torsion. This is usually very painful. Your dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian. This may need to be treated with antibiotics, pain medicine and possible castration if severe. There are no home remedies for this, I am afraid.
