I'm sorry Penelope is being so troublesome. With some dogs you have to keep them strictly confined until potty trained. She should either be in a crate or on a leash attached to a person even in the house. Take her out multiple times a day and praise her when she goes. Feed her set meals at set times and always take her outside right after eating or waking up. But if she doesnt go outside keep her on a leash so you can grab her quickly and run outside if she tries to go in the house. H, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sadly if she is is going in the house she still isn't fully house trained. All rooms with doors should be closed and she needs to be gated to be kept in your site. Or she needs to be leashed to an adult until this behavior has stopped. The area she is soiling needs to be cleaned with an enzymatic pet cleaner, like Nature's Miracle. She needs to be take out frequently and verbally praised, as well as given treats, when she goes outside. Play with her for 5-10 mins. If she doesn't go outside she is crated or leashed to an adult until you take her out again. This training should go on for 3 months and she can have free reign of the house once there are no accidents for those 3 months. You can have her urine checked for crystals or infection by your Vet and consider having her spayed to see if that helps. I wish you the best!

House training can be very frustrating. It is possible that Roxie is continuing to urinate and defecate in that one spot because there is still a smell there. Using an enzymatic cleaner such as Nature's Miracle will help to remove the odor-causing compounds and make it less likely that Roxie will use that spot to potty. It is also important that you block Roxy's access to this area for a while. When having problems house training I recommend that owners set a timer and take the dog out every hour during waking hours. Each time you go outside and Roxy pees or poops praise her lavishly with words or with a yummy treat. When you are not home confined her to a crate or small room. The crate should only be big enough for Roxy to stand up and turn around. That said, she should still be able to hold it about an hour or two, and if she can't, then scheduling a vet visit to make sure there isn't a health issue related first is a good idea. If she checks out healthy, sticking to a strict potty training routine is best. This means going out every 1-2 hours, after waking, eating, drinking, playing, etc to give her opportunities to go outside. If she is pottying in her kennel, it may be too big for her (it should be just big enough to comfortably lay down and turn around in, but not so big she can potty on one side and lay on the other.) I see that Mabel is only about three months old - it's completely normal for her to still be having accidents. Remember, she's just a baby. At this age, you should be taking her outside every 20-30 minutes if she is awake and active. Make sure that you go out with her for potty breaks, and reward her with a rest as soon as she potties outside. I would recommend going back to the crate and then allowing her around the house, in a leash and only under direct supervision after she comes back in from going toilet and try to slowly extend her range, one room at a time for 30-60mins until she has no more accidents and looks to go out. Do not allow free run of the entire house as she will take time to learn her boundaries
