If there has been a sudden change to Barfi's urinary habits, there could be a urinary tract infection or the presence or crystalline material / stones within the urinary tract. A urine analysis and an x-ray of the abdomen would be able to see if either of these are currently present. You might also in the mean time just start putting out additional pads and extending their boundaries so that there is a greater leeway when accidents happen.

Hi, puppies can get urinary tract infections. I would watch her for urinating more frequently and in small amounts. At 7 months, she should be mostly house trained so this is not likely a behavior issue but it is still possible. I would take her to the vet for an exam if it happens a third time. I would recommend to rule out something like an infection in Presley's bladder before you give up on her. Since she can't talk, you don't know the reasoning behind this behavior. The veterinarian will look at her urine sample to see if there are any abnormalities which may cause this behavior. Go from there. If it does look to be more behavioral, speak with a trainer, read some books about housebreaking difficult dogs. Most dogs can be properly housebroken but not all learn in the same fashion. IF she is painful and restless and straining to go, then I would. If she is resting and able to urinate then it is not a true emergency but may be uncomfortable for her. As long as she is urinating, then you can try to wait for your regular vet and monitor her for any changes

If not, and Sundays are the only night she does, she may be doing this as part of a behavioral problem because she knows you are leaving the following day. The first step to getting to the bottom of this is bloodwork and evaluation of Bella's urine. I think you mean she has black sticky build up around her vulva. If that's the case, it may indicate she has a skin infection or is licking excessively at her vulva for another reason. I definitely recommend a vet visit for an exam and some lab work to determine what is causing these two issues because she is probably uncomfortable. In the mean time, make sure she has 24/7 access to drinking water and wipe her vulva gently with a lukewarm wash cloth after she comes inside.
