Can my 13-year-old male Dalmatian still breed with a young female?

Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Male | 13 years and 4 months old | 66 lbs

Male dalmation is 13 years Female dalmation is 1 year How can i help them to mate ? Is it still possible for rhem to have puppies ? How ? What do i need to do ?

Theoretically it is possible for them to have puppies, however, since your male is very old there is a possibility that he is not very fertile any more. You can have his fertility checked at a veterinarian who does such exams. Ask your vet.
There is also a possibility that Diesel has severe arthritis and is not able to perform the act due to arthritis pain. You can have his semen taken by the vet and then have the bitch inseminated. This will require correct timing, so please consult with a vet who is experienced in artificial insemination.
