My senior dog has no appetite and cloudy eyes. What's wrong?

At his age, we do become concerned about several possibilities, including kidney disease, liver disease, GI issues, diabetes, or a growth of some kind. If he does not improve within 24 hours or begins to worsen, I would recommend he be evaluated by his regular veterinarian, have any necessary testing done (xrays, bloodwork) to determine what may be going on, and start any treatment that may be needed to help resolve it. I would definitely recommend some blood work, if this hasn't been done recently. Older dogs are prone to a number of health issues that can cause decreased appetite along with being less active - chronic kidney disease and hypothyroidism are two possibilities that are both very common. In many cases, these issues are treatable (at least to some extent) once a diagnosis is made, so it's well worth checking for them if you can - hopefully, there are some things you can do to make him feel better for as long as possible, even though he's getting older.

Lily could have cataracts causing this cloudy pupil, but it could also be due to an eye infection or glaucoma. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would have Lily seen by a vet immediately, who can diagnose what is causing her cloudy pupil and can discuss treatment options with you.

Shepphard could be nauseous or have a dental problem causing the excessive salivation, and eating grass can also indicate nausea. The cloudy eye could be due to cataracts. It is very concerning that she is thin and weak and your vet can run some lab-work to screen for kidney disease, liver disease, endocrine diseases, etc. Your vet can also take x-rays, if needed, to look for any abnormalities that would cause decreased appetite and weight loss. She could also have a problem with her teeth and your vet can do a dental evaluation. She may need an antibiotic to treat a conjunctivitis. Please call a vet and schedule a check up.

The picture is not very clear but I suspect your dog has nuclear sclerosis, which is progressive claudiness of the lens. This is age-related process and there is nothing to do to stop it. There is a chance that Tucker has cataract, which may be related to diabetes in dogs.
