Had a dog that belong to my sister, then she got a new dog and forgot about this one, so I have taken responsibility of her, but since then she has began to forget her house training. She didn't have much training with my sister, but I have been spending up to hour an hour day training her, but she still refuses go to the toilet outside. Any advice. Thank you in advance.

I generally recommend crate training especially for large breed dogs. Get a crate that she can stand up and turn around in. Start a routine for taking her outside after meals, before you leave home, and put her in the crate whenever she is unsupervised. It will help establish a safe place and get her into a rhythm. Just be consistent and she'll figure it out.
