It sounds like she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause of her problems. It is very concerning that she is thin and weak and your vet can run some lab-work to screen for kidney disease, liver disease, endocrine diseases, etc. Your vet can also take x-rays, if needed, to look for any abnormalities that would cause decreased appetite and weight loss. She could also have a problem with her teeth and your vet can do a dental evaluation. She may need an antibiotic to treat a conjunctivitis. Please call a vet and schedule a check up.

At 2 months of age, this has me worried that he may be battling an infection such as Parvo virus. He may also be dehydrated if he is weak and is likely in need of fluid therapy for rehydration. I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would have him parvo tested and have his blood tested to see if there are any other abnormalities. Subcutaneous fluids would certainly help him feel better and he may be so dehydrated the IV fluids may be the best option for him. When you say he hasn’t eaten in 2 days I am not clear if you mean he hadn’t eaten in the days before you got him, or if he hasn’t eaten with you the last 2 days. Puppies want to eat. If he is being offered food but not eating then I would be very concerned and recommend that he be evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. The hairless spots on the skin can be multiple problems, but most common would be a mite called demodex. It is usually seen when the immune system is weak. If there are just a few spots often they will resolve as the puppy grows and gets stronger. But if there are many areas or large areas there is a treatment available.
