My 8 week old teacup Morkie has been having a hard time adjusting to our home. I can’t tell if she is just anxious or what’s going on. She throws up a bit and has diarrhea.. then loses her appetite by her third feeding. She is also eating Royal Canine wet puppy food, so i’m not sure if that could be the problem. She also has separation issues and tends to cry a lot, which is okay but very difficult to train her to be alone. She has an appointment in a few days but i just can’t wait and need answ

This is not specific to any one disease, but does indicate that something is irritating the stomach, and/or making her feel nauseous. This could happen if she ate anything different this evening, or ate something that was toxic. Other possibilities include pancreatitis, liver disease and infections.
Without being able to examine her and do some testing, it's difficult to tell the cause of this, or how serious it is. It makes sense that she would act somewhat off, but if she seems severely depressed, then it would be best to get her to a vet as soon as possible.
Sometimes they have a bout of vomiting and diarrhea and are better the next morning. For more information about this, I reccomend you read the article at the link below.

If you have further questions, you may consider requesting a consult with one of our vets on Petcoach.
I hope that helps and Nala gets better soon.
