Puppy suddenly unresponsive after head wobble and eating. What to do?

Sometimes small breed puppies can have hypoglycemic episodes. Because of this its important to feed them multiple snacks throughout the day. I recommend taking Koko to see her veterinarian soon just to make sure that there is nothing that requires medical treatment.

See how she is after this. With her being so small, her blood sugar could be having difficulties regulating, especially if she is a picky eater or doesn't eat that much. Puppies can experience low blood sugar which will make them weak and wobbly. If he felt better after eating, then this could be the case. Sounds like Ori may have low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) but that is not common in this size or age of puppy. I suggest you give a bit of Karo syrup or honey by mouth (just a teaspoon or two). If no improvement within 15 minutes of giving him that then he needs to see a vet ASAP.

Wobbler's to show up at this age and in this breed is pretty rare. She may be hypoglycemic which is causing the wobbling. You can give her a 1/4 teaspoon of Karo syrup or honey to bring her sugar up. If she doesn't perk up after about 10-15 minutes then she needs to see your vet.

His blood sugar could be low, he could have a liver issue that is allowing toxins to build up in his system, he could have a congenital issue with his digestive tract, or something else entirely.
