My puppy is wobbling, mouth breathing, dry nose. What should I do?

Sounds like Ori may have low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) but that is not common in this size or age of puppy. I suggest you give a bit of Karo syrup or honey by mouth (just a teaspoon or two). If no improvement within 15 minutes of giving him that then he needs to see a vet ASAP.

Sometimes small breed puppies can have hypoglycemic episodes. Because of this its important to feed them multiple snacks throughout the day. I recommend taking Koko to see her veterinarian soon just to make sure that there is nothing that requires medical treatment.

Oh dear, poor Koko! This sounds like an emergency condition. Even though she just ate, rub some corn syrup on her gums in an attempt to increase her blood sugar in case this issue is related to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). See how she is after this. With her being so small, her blood sugar could be having difficulties regulating, especially if she is a picky eater or doesn't eat that much. Puppies can experience low blood sugar which will make them weak and wobbly. If he felt better after eating, then this could be the case. I am sorry to hear about Sailor! I would be concerned given her history about a possible hypoglycemic episode (low blood sugar) which is not uncommon in toy breed puppies. I would also be concerned that prior seizures could be a result of hypoglycemia. We don't normally see seizures as a result of not having vaccinations unless your dog had contracted distemper. I would recommend having your vet examine her. We also worry in young puppies with seizures about a liver shunt. So, potential serious concerns would be 1. poisoning (ie antifreeze, pot, chemicals, rotten carcasses, etc.) 2. seizures (dogs get epilepsy and it commonly presents in puppies 3. metabolic issue like a liver shunt can cause neurologic symptoms 4. trauma to the brain like being hit by a car. Any neurologic symptoms are very serious and I would take him to an emergency veterinarian for a full workup.
