Puppy meds: Can I give Trifexis and dewormer at the same time?

Hello. There is no need to separate these two products. There are some heartworm products that should not be given within 2 weeks of some of tick & flea products such as Bravecto & Nexgard, but administering a dewormer will not cause a problem with your flea product. The only possible issue I can see is that all three of them have stomach upset as a potential side effect, so if your girl has a sensitive stomach or has a history of vomiting when you give the Trifexis, then it may be better to wait until she's finished with her current meds to give it. But if not, it should be fine to go ahead and give it today if you want to. :)

Fendbendazole and Trifexis will both treat for roundworms. Praziquantel only deworms for tapeworms, not roundworms. You can give the praziquantel but it is best to wait at least 24 hours after you have given the others before doing so.

You are correct that you want to make sure that Harper Grace does not miss her heartworm medication. All heartworm medications are tested to be safe when given in conjunction with antibiotics. BUT if this is the first time giving one or both of the drugs then I would give one at a time 2 days apart in case one causes a problem. Then if there are no issues give them together next month.
