HI Adeel! Roxy is so super cute! You can start doing some training on a treadmill now, but you will have to get her used to it. I would put a link below on a website on how to do it. The amount of time she is allowed to exercise is five minutes for every month of age, so at three months she should exercise no more than 15 minutes twice a day. If you exercise her on a treadmill that day, do not take her for a walk outside. Best of luck, I hope this helps!

Thanks for visiting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. There may be some variation here depending on who you ask, but a board certified trainer informed me that puppies are still growing so they shouldn’t over do it when it comes to high impact sports and activities, and should only run for roughly 20 mins twice daily. Once she is done growing (around 1.5 years of age), Roxy should be able to exercise roughly 30-45 mins twice daiy max. Also pay attention to your pets signs (excessive panting, slowing down, labored breathing, etc) and know when she has had enough.
I hope this helps! Take care of that fur baby.
