Puppy biting hard and bleeding, lost a tooth. Is it teething?

my dog was playing with me and then suddenly he was biting me and objects around him really hard and then i found my that my sleeve has blood on it so i opened his mouth and found to teeth missing what should i do?

Your dog is likely teething now, ie losing his deciduous teeth and getting his permanent teeth. So losing a tooth while play-biting is quite normal. If the tooth is ready to come out and bothering him, biting something will help remove it.
