Is it safe if my puppy's second vaccine is delayed by one week?

It's likely that she will be safe to wait an extra week; especially if she received all her previous vaccines. However, I must warn that at this age they are the most vulnerable. This would be more concerning if she has contact with other dogs. One thing to consider is that the vaccines can be given 2-4 weeks apart. If it has been more than two weeks since her last vaccine, then she can have a booster before you leave. It depends on the vaccination protocol. I don't think there will be an issue. We often have to delay vaccinations for 3 days and postpone them after a week-end for example,however to be on the safer side, I would check with your vet as well.

Waiting until April 27th would likely be pushing it a bit, so I would try to get her in within the 6 week window if possible.

For most normal healthy dogs in households with humans who are not immunocompromised and don't partake in doggies daycare, dog parks or groomers, 4-6 weeks is generally fine. If however your pet does not meet this profile, you need to discuss the situation with your veterinarian. Also, the Rabies vaccine should always be kept up to date and never late. I hope this helps.
