Why does my puppy have pus spots, swollen paws, and bloody poop?

A little bit of blood in the stool is probably an indication of intestinal parasites, something very commonly seen in puppies. The pustules are probably just a bit of a staph infection. I would definitely take Maci to see her veterinarian to examine the stool for parasites. At that time, she may be placed on an antibiotic or a medicated shampoo for the pustules. But I would not worry too much, just have Maci examined at your earliest convenience. Take care.

Either one could be the cause of his bloody discharge and need to be identified quickly so that he can start treatment right away. Howver, you can offer Pedialyte non-flavored to help keep him from getting too dehydrated. It is unfortunate that a pet you just adopted is ill; however, you can't help Shiner on your own and you should allow your veterinarian to care for him and his illness from here moving forward. I am sorry Bull is not feeling well. Basic on the pictures I would be concerned about allergies. Dogs can have allergies to food, environment and fleas. Sometimes when dogs come into contact with something that causes an allergy their skin will become red and itchy. I am concerned about the bloody diarrhea. I recommend taking Bull to a vet due to the bloody stool. You could start Bull on a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice to calm down his stomach. IF at anytime he is getting worse,vomiting or not improving he does need to see a vet.

I get concerned with things a lot sooner with such a young puppy. The watery blood would make me recommend an exam by itself. I would want a urine sample to see if there is blood in the urine. The pustules have me concerned about a bacterial infection. I would recommend taking him in for an evaluation by a veterinarian. He might need to be on antibiotics or at least a topical medication. He could have a number of things causing this including parvovirus (if he isn't fully vaccinated), a foreign body obstruction, or just a severe case of colitis associated with the new food that you introduced. Poor guy. I would recommend taking him in today if possible and getting this treated quickly. Best case scenario is that he has a severe case of colitis and a short course of antibiotics and probiotics, along with a bland diet is enough to get him well again. If there is pus and the paw is swollen, it means this area is infected and it cannot be treated at home. You need to take Hermes into a vet first thing in the morning. I wold not take him on his daily walks for now so his paw can heal. Only take him out to potty and bring him right back in when he's done.
