My puppy is 10 weeks old and has her first 2 rounds of shots but I haven’t taken her in the backyard yet to potty train her because I had s puppy 6 months ago who died of parvo and I don’t want the new puppy to come in contact with the disease. I don’t think I can wait another month to take her outside to start potty training her so I’m wondering if it’s safe enough to take her outside now even though her shots aren’t complete

After one week from the full vaccination is done you can take your puppy outside.
It is risky to take him outside now, especially were an infected dog used to be. Parvovirus can be persistent in the environment, so I would avoid any risk of potential exposure.
