Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 28 days old | 25 lbs

Grace is now 5 months old, very playful and healthy regardless of those what worries me is that she would not bark to the strangers who comes to my house instead she plays with them. She barks a lot and loud but not to strangers only while playing.

It's normal for puppies this age to be friendly and not bark - if she were barking at people at this young age, I would be very concerned that she would grow up to be fearful and anxious around strangers. She should start to alert bark when she's older, usually around 10-12 months of age.
