New puppy, no shot history. Should I vaccinate him again to be safe?

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

I recently got a purebred red heeler , whom was underfed and still had puppy breath at 4 months, the guy I got him from said he had his shots should I go and get them done again or not

Since it is a "new" pup, he should be examined by your veterinarian to confirm good health or to diagnose and treat any preexisting conditions. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth.
If you have no record of any vaccinations, Finn should be vaccinated by your veterinarian to be safe. You can also discuss flea and parasite prevention with the vet.
