My puppy's dragging his leg after a dog bite. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Cocker Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 23 days old | 7.71 lbs

Hey , my puppy is now four months old and he had weak hind legs since he was born but strong front legs. And yesterday stray dogs bit him and he has three marks on his Stomach of dog bites. i got him checked and everything but he is now dragging one of his back legs , I am a lot of worried ihave done everything to make him strong since his birth and now this has happened . Please Let me know.

It is possible the fight may have caused muscle strains or stretched nerves, the pain and discomfort of which is often worse 24hours after a trauma. I recommend a recheck by your vet if this is persisting beyond 48hours, acupuncture and chiropractic care may also help
