26-day-old puppy has diarrhea and runny nose. What to feed her?

It could be a mild viral infection, as long as they are feeding and acting normally I wouldn't recommend trying to treat it, their immune system is still very fragile but the mother's milk should protect them from common infections at this age.

The runny nose may be due to something like an upper respiratory infection. I recommend that you have Cooper evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. The diarrhea could be caused by any number of things; intestinal parasites, a bacterial infection, even being constipated will sometimes manifest as diarrhea because liquid feces is all that will get by the impacted fecal material. It could be as simple as a dietary indiscretion, meaning she might have gotten into the trash and eaten something that didn't agree with her. Try taking away all food, treats included, for 24 hours (only if she is an adult dog; puppies should never be fasted for more than 12 hours). She can still have water. This will give her gut a chance to rest. After the 24 hours are up, introduce just a small amount of her normal food. Wait a little while and give her a little more. Keep doing this until she has had her normal amount for the morning. However, if she continues to have loose stool, or starts vomiting, loses her appetite, acts lethargic, and/or develops a fever, get her in to be seen by your vet right away as this could indicate a more serious problem.

Do you mean really runny poop? If he has watery diarrhea, I would strongly recommend to have a vet look at him. Being so young and small, he could easily get dehydrated despite drinking water. Diarrhea can be from several things like parasites, a change in diet, viral infections like parvo, toxins and much more. You can try to feed him some plain boiled boneless skinless chicken and white rice to see if this settles his tummy. If he isn’t improving, I would have your vet take a look at him. As long as Aurora is eating, drinking, and acting normally without any significant coughing or sneezing, I would not be overly concerned about a bit of mucus in her stool or a mild running nose. If the mucus becomes a recurrent issue, it would be worth having her evaluated by the vet to assure that she doesn't have intestinal parasites or other concerns. If the runny nose worsens or if the discharge becomes yellow, green, or bloody, she would also need veterinary attention. Not to worry! On a side note, I would not recommend taking Aurora for walks around the neighborhood where she has access to any areas where other dogs have been previously until she has finished her vaccine series (over 16 weeks of age). She could acquire parvovirus, which is a serious gastrointestinal virus, from exposure to areas where infected dogs may have previously walked since this virus lives in the soil for years. Intestinal worms are common in puppies, and that could be the cause of her diarrhea. She could have a respiratory infection or irritation of the nasal passages causing the reverse sneezing. Since she has not gotten better, it's time to see a vet. I'd take her into one in the morning. Best of luck.
