My puppy is breathing hard, sniffing, and shaking. What's going on?

my puppy it seems she is facing breathing difficultirs by heavy long sniffing follow by shaking , I ‘m fearing something wrong

If you think Eli is having breathing difficulties, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. The vet can listen to her lungs and obtain chest x-rays to help diagnose what the problem might be. She may have a respiratory infection and need an antibiotic for treatment.
