Confine her to an area that is quiet (if she isn't already in a whelping box) since noise or stress can cause her to delay the delivery. If you've been [monitoring her temperature](https://www.petcoach.co/article/how-to-take-your-pet-s-temperature-in-7-easy-steps/) and it has fallen below 100 degrees, the pups should come in the next 24 hours. [As labor nears](https://www.petcoach.co/article/whelping-giving-birth-in-dogs), she may become agitated, getting up and down or licking herself. Once you see firm signs of labor, simply monitor her. Most dogs will deliver a litter without human intervention. If she does not begin pushing within 2-4 hours of the start of labor, a call or visit to your local emergency vet to ensure everything is still going fine is strongly recommended.

If you are seeing clear fluid Soph is likely in stage 2 of labor and you should see a puppy within 2-4 hours. If you think Soph is in active labor and you have seen pushing for more than 30 minutes, or if you see green fluid you should see an emergency vet. They can sometimes check for signs of fetal distress and determine if intervention is necessary or if it is safe to monitor at home.

If Mykka is 57 days pregnant, she should be very close to giving birth since normal gestation in dogs is generally 57-63 days from the breeding date. If the green fluid is thin and watery, it may be normal discharge signifying that she will be starting labor soon. If it's thick and very dark green, then this is more concerning - usually this indicates a placental separation, which can be dangerous for her and the babies if she isn't quite ready to whelp yet. I would recommend having her checked by a vet as soon as possible - he/she can ultrasound the puppies and check fetal heart rates to see if any of them are in distress or if there are any problems with the appearance of the uterus. Depending on what is found, she may need close observation for the next few days, or an emergency c-section.

I am worried about the smell you are noticing. If there is no puppy born in 1-2 hours then I would take her to the Vet. I am assuming that her pregnancy has been confirmed with X-rays. If it hasn't then I recommend that you have an X-ray taken. Smelly vaginal discharge, a distended abdomen and increased thirst can also indicate an infected uterus (pyometra) which is a surgical emergency. I hope this helps and I wish you and Bella the best!

This is very concerning - she may be aborting a litter of puppes or may have an infection. I would recommend an urgent appointment and depending on the findings and an ultrasound scan an emergency spay operation may be recommended to prevent further blood loss. A moderate amount of clear, sticky vaginal discharge is normal for a pregnant dog, especially close to delivery of the puppies. The increased hormone levels cause an increase in the lubrication produced by the vagina. As long as there is no evidence of dark green color in the discharge, a milky or creamy appearance or foul odor no treatment is needed. It does not mean that she will give birth earlier.
