You could try contacting your local vets office or pet store for an ear cleanser suitable for use in cats (alcohol free only) to see if this will remove the mites, wax and oil. Gently fill the ear with the solution, rub the side of the ear for 1minute then allow her to shake out excess, wipe outer ear with cotton wool if she will allow this and is not too painful. Do not force liquid into ear as this can irritate or even burst the ear drum causing pain. Olive oil should never be put in a dog's ear, I know you said it's a natural cleaner, but these natural cleaners often contain ingredients that are frankly not safe to use. I would throw away this cleaner and if you want to use a safe cleaner in the future for his ears, I recommend Epi-Otic. You can get it from your vet. Speaking of your vet, you need to give them a call now to make an appointment as he has to get his ears checked out and treated. You veterinarian may carry special ear cleaners that not only breaks up wax and oil (and thus remove it from her canal) but some even have topical steroids or antihistamines. I don't recommend to use peroxide or any other product not tested and proven safe for pets. Instead use a cleaner (vets and pet stores carry these) that is meant for dog ears. These products will generally not overly dry the skin, cause damage to the ear drum (but if the ear drum is ruptured, any products applied in the ear will cause damage) and these products generally condition the skin as well.
