How do I make an oatmeal and Epsom salt soak for my dog's paws?

Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 7 years and 2 months old | 17 lbs

This question is for Melanie, if she is avalible. How do I do an oatmeal as well as an epsom salt foot soak? What ratio of ingredients do I use? Thank you!

I am available! For the Epsom salts, use a cup of them per gallon of water. For the oatmeal bath, take a cup of oatmeal and crush it in a blender until it's a fine powder. Then add it to a bath. I hope this helps!
