My lost dog is back, skinny, sick, not eating, and can't walk. Help!

In the pictures, she does look quite skinny. I'm concerned she is sick or she could have been injured while she was missing causing the vomiting. The best thing to do for her is take into a vet immediately to get the cause of the vomiting diagnosed so she can be treated. I hope this helps!

She will need a thorough examination and possibly bloodwork. Starvation could certainly account for her weight loss, but so could a new underlying disease if she is an older cat. She could just be worn out but since you said she isn't very responsive, I would recommend to take her to the vet. The vet may want to run some blood work on her to ensure she didn't get into any toxins or poison while she was missing. I am so sorry this has happened to Babyboy. If he is still lethargic and not eating I would recommend taking him to the veterinarian. I urge caution when pouring water down dogs mouths as they can aspirate. I would also check his temperature to make sure he isn't too hot especially with the recent heat. Your kitty is not feeling well. I suggest you take her to a veterinarian for a check up and blood tests. She may be ill, and therefore defensive when the other cats come near her. She may also need special food to gain weight properly .

Since Asuna was willing to eat and is not having any vomiting or diarrhea I wouldn’t worry too much. Not eating for a couple of days because she was stressed and missing you should not affect her overall health. However, if she continues to appear to lose weight despite eating well and being home with you, then you should take her to be checked out. I hope this helps. Poor girl. It sounds like Sprite has several issues going on here. Limping can be caused by trauma, a bone or joint abnormality or even arthritis. Pets that lose weight and have loose stool can have an underlying health problem such as intestinal parasites, an endocrine disorder or even diabetes. I would highly recommend getting some testing done to determine the underlying cause since so many different disease could be at play here.
