What to do if my 40-day-old Labrador puppy isn't eating or drinking?

Poor pup! Labs are notorious for eating things they should not, and she could have a foreign body causing her symptoms. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have pancreatitis. Since she is not eating or drinking as well as vomiting, I would take her into a vet now. Prolonged inappaetance in a puppy is a serious concern and can rapdily lead to weight loss and nutritional problems. Please schedule a full health check with your vet to identify the underlying cause and start treatment as appropriate.

Poor Stryker! It definitely sounds like something is wrong. In a young dog like this (especially a Lab!), one thing that I worry about if she hasn't eaten in several days is that she may have an intestinal blockage due to something she swallowed. It's also possible that she has an illness or infection of some kind, dental pain or something wrong with her mouth, or may have ingested something toxic. Since it's been multiple days now that she isn't eating, I would definitely recommend taking her to the vet for an exam as soon as you can. He/she can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.

Buck could have a parasite or infection causing the vomiting and diarrhea. Your vet can test a stool sample and prescribe medications to treat. He may need a dewormer, antibiotic, anti-vomiting, and/or other medications to help treat. You can also feed a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice and add a probiotic to see if that helps.

If Chase is very weak, can barely walk, and hasn't eaten for three days now, this is a medical emergency and he has to see a vet immediately. There is nothing you can do for him at home, he needs to be seen by a vet to diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

It is very difficult to diagnose him over the internet. If he is weak, he may need IV fluids and medications to make him feel better. Once a vet performs an exam, they will be able to guide you to the next steps in diagnosing and treating his problems. I am sorry to hear he is not feeling well. I would highly encourage you to have a follow up appointment with your veterinarian as soon as possible. Young puppies need nutrition and will Parrish quickly without it. Viral infections such as parvovirus can cause fever and inappetance as well as many other possibilities.
